Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING RATES
Please use our Shipping Calculator during Checkout for accurate shipping rates. Price includes packaging, handling, and service fees, excluding import-taxes, associated with shipping your goods. Any shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Split Spades is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. If you do not see a shipping option for your order, please email dborders@davidblaine.com. 

DELIVERY TIME
Packages are shipped out as soon as possible. However, some orders may take between 24-48 hours to ship. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that delays may occur during holiday seasons, promotions and new releases.  

TRACK & TRACE
Tracking numbers are provided via email at the time of shipment. Carrier options may vary based on destination. Shipping to countries not on our tracking list cannot be tracked once they reach international customs, therefore Split Spades will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All lost or attempted delivered packages can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once orders have left our warehouse, Split Spades cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your purchase. However, any item that is defective may be replaced within 30 days of purchase after return and inspection. If the item is deemed defective after inspection a replacement will be sent.  If the item is sold out a refund for the purchase price of the item will be issued.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective upon inspection in which case the replacement will be sent with free shipping.

Apparel

Please note: we are only able to offer a refund or exchange on apparel if the items are returned clean, unworn, in their original packaging and with all the tags and labels attached. Any non-faulty items that are returned in a condition unsuitable for resale (e.g. washed, soiled or damaged) will not be refunded. 

Playing Cards

Please note: Because of a calibration variance, the cellophane wrap on some decks is irregular. Tucks on some decks may have been compressed, which can typically be corrected after opening. Pricing takes into account this variation in workmanship, and we will generally not accept returns for minor irregularities.

Please open brick boxes carefully as they are easily damaged and are not resealable, we do not replace brick boxes.

International Orders

NOTE: For all international orders unless an item is damaged or faulty, we are not currently able to accept returns on any shipments outside of the USA.
