Shipping & Return Policy


SHIPPING RATES

Please use our Shipping Calculator during Checkout for accurate shipping rates. Price includes packaging, handling, and service fees, excluding import-taxes, associated with shipping your goods. Any shipping charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Split Spades is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. If you do not see a shipping option for your order, please email

dborders@davidblaine.com with your order details to inquire about shipping options for larger orders. All orders shipping within the United States ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS). International orders may ship through the USPS or United Parcel Service (UPS) depending on the order total and package weight.

DELIVERY TIME
Packages are shipped out as early as possible. However, some orders may take between 24-48 hours to ship. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note that delays may occur during holiday seasons, promotions and new releases.

USPS Domestic First-Class: 1-5 Days
USPS International First-Class: Up to 21 Days

TRACK & TRACE
Tracking numbers are provided via email at the time of shipment. Carrier options may vary based on destination. Shipping to countries not on our tracking list cannot be tracked once they reach international customs, therefore Split Spades will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All lost or attempted delivered packages can be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Any item that is defective may be replaced within 30 days of purchase after return and inspection. Please contact us at dborders@davidblaine.com and we will walk you through the process. If the item is deemed defective after inspection a replacement will be sent. If the item is sold out a refund for the purchase price of the item will be issued. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective upon inspection in which case the replacement will be sent with free shipping.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once orders have left our warehouse, Split Spades cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance.

MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED?
Split Spades reserves the right to cancel any order. Although this is unlikely, we will occasionally cancel orders due to suspicion of fraud or shortage of materials. We will contact you immediately with an explanation, should order cancellation be necessary.
