SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Any item that is defective may be replaced within 30 days of purchase after return and inspection.  If the item is deemed defective after inspection a replacement will be sent.  If the item is sold out a refund for the purchase price of the item will be issued.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective upon inspection in which case the replacement will be sent with free shipping.

All orders shipping within the United States ship through the United States Postal Service. International orders may ship through the United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service depending on the order total and package weight. Packages are shipped out as early as possible. However, some orders may take between 24-48 hours to ship. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Shipping rates are calculated using packaging and handling fees.

Please note that delays may occur during holiday seasons, promotions and new releases. All orders placed during the Black Friday - Cyber Monday sales will start shipping on 12/1/2016.

*Shipping to countries not on our tracking list will be at risk to the buyer. All lost or attempted delivered packages will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
